Vantage Points: Space science from Earth, Earth Science from Space

Vantage points are critical to the scientific understanding of phenomena that we monitor in space. Many don’t realize the importance of ground assets for space weather monitoring. Some might not realize the lack of critical information we have in the northern latitudes for our climate modelling. Our panel will explore Canada’s strategic geographical location that influences our national priorities, the science that aims to fill the information gaps, and share on the exciting advances in Missions and initiatives that we pursue in partnership both nationally and internationally.
